Resolved Question: Valentines day ideas?

I need some suggestions from people who either live, or know Hemet, CA really well. I need to plan something for Valentines day with my girlfriend, The problem is that she lives in Hemet and I live in San Diego, which is only about an hour drive. We see each other every weekend and once a week in between. Safe to say Ive been to Hemet many times in 3 months and know some places. I just have no idea if there are certain spots that are romantic. it doesn't have to be over the top. I just need some ideas to work with. We both work that day so I don't want to plan something too late, I need to go to work the next day. I was thinking a nice restaurant. I just don't know any that would be good.
